The company and China Wind Power signed a cooperation agreement to co-develop a wind power project in the eastern part of Zhangwu County, Liaoning Province which totaled 350 MW. The two sides also established a joint venture to co-develop the Wind Power Project in Ma Zong Mountain, Zhangwu County, Liaoning Province (this project is included In the 350 MW project). The company transferred 100% holdings of Mianyang Huarui Automotive Co., Ltd. It planned to have a total of about 250 MW of generating capacity by the end of 09, which meant that before the end of 09, the company would establish two new wind power joint ventures. And at the end of 2010, all of the 350 MW wind power project in the eastern part of Zhangwu County, Liaoning Province should be completed, which means that by the end of 2010, five new joint ventures should be established. By then the company will have had a total of 400 MW of wind power capacity. In 08, the company transferred 100% holdings of Mianyang Huarui Automotive Co.,ltd. and the income is expected to be confirmed, so the company's 08 EPS is lifted to 0.045 yuan; it is expected that 09-10 EPS for the company will be 0.032 yuan and 0.05 million respectively (excluding the sales of equity).
