In 07, the revenue was 1.169 billion yuan, down 1.06 percent yoy; net profit attributable to the parent company: 96.0725 million yuan, an increase of 26.57 percent yoy; diluted earnings per share: 0.33 yuan; 07 distribution plan: 1.7 yuan (before tax) in cash for each 10 shares. The company’s performance was lower than expected. Diluted earnings per share in the first three quarters achieved 0.33 yuan, while performance of the whole year was basically the same with that in the first three quarters. Loss of Q4 was 1.3378 million yuan. Overall, net profit grew by 26.57 percent yoy. We slightly lower the company’s EPS to 0.51 yuan in 08 and 0.65 yuan in 09. With reorganization and acquisition taken into account, "overweight" rating is reiterated.
